Thank you for checking my website! After 22 years as the founder, owner, and manager of our small successful studio here in the Deep South, The Yoga Room closed its doors on May 31, 2025.

I have spent this last year with Professional Development and expanding my Yoga Therapy practice. You will always have my commitment to continue to evolve and reflect a life dedicated to studying, teaching, and living yoga.

My new location for Tuesday night’s Strength and Grace, occasional Saturday classes, workshops, and courses will be held in a beautiful historic home at 721 Hardy Street in Hattiesburg. Renovations are currently underway to create room and space for our community to practice. Please stay tuned for my projected start date!
