Strength and Grace Yoga Class
Located in a beautiful historic home at 721 Hardy Street....this 75-minute practice is for ALL levels. Detailed instruction will help you to refine your relationship with your body, expand your asana practice, and bring greater self-awareness into your body/mind on and off the mat. Yoga at the Gym
I offer mobility classes at Mindset Fitness, a cute little gym on 589, part of Crosspoint Community Church...every Monday morning at 9:15 and occasional Saturdays. You do not need to be a member of the gym to attend. The drop-in is paid directly to the gym through Venmo and is only $15.
Private Yoga Therapy
Private Yoga Therapy Sessions with Tammy are available by appointment and tailored to your unique needs. Ideal for those with mobility challenges, chronic pain, injuries, or for athletes and experienced students seeking balance and recovery. Sessions support individuals managing inflammation, anxiety, depression, or addiction recovery and include an assessment, personalized instruction, and a take-home yoga plan. I've been offering private yoga sessions for over 2 decades. Your investment is $100.
Behavioral Health Yoga Therapy
